Freemasonry is the oldest and largest fraternity in the world. Composed of around 6 million men from every background. Freemasonry in its current form has existed since the formation of the Grand Lodge of England in 1717, but there are records which indicate the fraternity was in existence much earlier. The Regus manuscript is considered the oldest Masonic writing dating back to about 1390!
The aim of Freemasonry is to make good men better. Our brotherhood allows us a unique opportunity to enjoy fellowship and share the deepest bonds of brotherly love and friendship with men from all walks of life. A fitting and common description of Masonry is a beautiful system of morality, described by symbols and veiled in allegory.
If you ask a hundred Masons what Masonry means to them, you'll get a hundred answers. We'd like to invite you to contact us or join us for dinner before a meeting and enjoy a bit of fellowship and fun. Masonry prohibits solicitation of membership, so there is no pressure to join or participate. A man must seek admission. You may have heard the common phrase "To be one, ask one".
