Simon M - Team Captain

This is my fourth year doing FTC. This year I was elected as team captain. I have enjoyed seeing this team grow as a family and as engineers for the future. I started out as one of the team’s programmers. I still really enjoy solving problems with code. I cannot wait to see where this year takes the team.

Charles S - Builder

I am Charles Snead, and I am a senior and have been a part of Whitefield Academy Robotics since 8th grade in FLL and FTC since then. Robotics to me is a great way for me to form relationships with others that I typically would not hang out with. However these relationships are more than friendships it's like a big family. It's also great because we all have the same thing in common, our love for the challenge of FTC and our robot.

Alex K

My name is Alex Keck, and I've been a member of 4444 for four years now. I play soccer and enjoy playing video games. I've been the driver for the team for the past two years. I help both builders and programmers at team meetings and also take pictures for PR.

Tyler P - Builder

My name is Tyler Preston. This is my second year in FTC, and I'm a builder on Team 4444. I enjoy hunting, fishing , and hanging out with my friends. My favorite sport is football. I like to play video games with friends. I wanted to do robotics because I enjoy building things.

Jacobo M - Programmer

My name is Jacobo, and this is my third year in FTC. I was previously a part of another team that sadly disbanded, but I have now been with 4444 for two years. I have had experience in robotics via FLL for three years, in which I also programmed. A little about myself would be that I can speak Spanish, enjoy dancing, heavy metal, and drumming.

Phong N - Public Relations

My name is Phong Nguyen. This is my fourth year participating in the FTC program. I have been apart of the Public Relations team on 4444 for the whole time I have been on the team and created the artwork we are using for the team this year, I have also handled the T-shirt design. I enjoy creating videos, dancing, video games, and music.

Ian K - Builder/Programmer

This is my first year of FTC so it's been more of me learning on what to do. What made me want to join robotics was mostly engineering and the concept of it. I mostly play video games but do more than just that. I'm learning to be a blacksmith, I enjoy tinkering with things, and I'm an artist

Peter Y - Programmer

This is my first year doing FTC. I'm an international student in Whitefield Academy. I love math and playing drums. I'm looking forward to learning more about programming.
