It was born from a frustration with the standard, repetitious range in local bottle shops. It became a desire to share and celebrate weird and wonderful whiskies on the west coast of Australia.

Whisky Freedom is now one of Australia's largest whisky showcases featuring indie bottles, single casks, one off releases, some undiscovered, under represented brands, also new and exciting expressions from familiar brands.

For years now, the hard work of husband and wife team Nate and Thao Detienne have brought to Perth some truly stunning bottles.
