For the past decade, my days have been filled with the energy of elementary school classrooms. While I love my time in the classroom, I’ve always found my true "recess" in the kitchen. Moving to South Carolina gave me the space to turn a hobby into a dedicated craft.

I’ve always loved eating macarons, but I discovered a true passion for making them. They are the perfect canvas for creativity—from experimenting with bold new flavors to perfecting that classic, delicate crunch.
