These Terms and Conditions apply to the Chaos Renegade mobile application (“Application”) provided by WhileBox Games (“Service Provider,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Application.
The Application is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application on a device you own or control. You may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works from the Application or any part of it, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights in and to the Application and its content remain the property of WhileBox Games and/or its licensors.
The Application is suitable for a general audience aged 5 and above; however, features that involve personal data or online services are intended for users who are at least 13 years old. If you are under 13, you may use the Application only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian and only where permitted by local law. You are responsible for keeping your device and access to the Application secure. We strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this can compromise security, expose your device to malware, and may cause the Application to malfunction or not function at all. Some features require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). We are not responsible if the Application does not function fully due to connectivity issues or data limitations. If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile provider’s terms still apply and you may be charged for data usage, including roaming charges. If you are not the bill payer, you confirm that you have the bill payer’s permission to use the Application.
The Application may request certain device permissions to function properly, including access to storage (read/write) for game data and assets. You can manage permissions in your device settings; disabling required permissions may limit or disable functionality.
The Application is provided free of charge and may display advertising. Ads may be provided by third parties that operate under their own terms and privacy policies. The Application also uses third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions and privacy practices, including Google Play Services. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not control their practices. While we aim to keep the Application useful, accurate, and up to date, we rely in part on third-party information and services. The Application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Application will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Application. In any event, our total aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Application will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to use the Application in the twelve months prior to the claim, or (b) USD $10 (or equivalent). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We may update the Application from time to time. Operating system requirements and device compatibility may change, and you agree to install updates to continue using the Application. We do not guarantee ongoing compatibility with all devices or OS versions. We may also modify or discontinue the Application (or any part of it) at any time. If we cease providing the Application, your rights and licenses under these Terms will end and you must delete the Application from your device. Store policies (including Google Play policies) govern billing and refunds, if any are introduced later; we do not provide additional refunds beyond the app store’s policy unless required by law. The Application does not currently offer public posting, chat, or other user-generated content features; if such features are introduced later, additional terms and moderation rules will apply.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted within the Application and/or on our store listing or website. Your continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts located in Nagpur, India, will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application, subject to any mandatory legal protections that may apply under local law. By using the Application, you represent that you are not located in a country or on a list subject to applicable embargoes or sanctions and that you will comply with all applicable export and sanctions laws.
