Billy's Ethics Project Site

This website is created for my Urban Policy Project. My project discusses Nassau County's electrical line issue suggested by Prof. Dolar. I am a certified electrician and have worked in Manhatten on jobs dealing with various electrical work. My proposal to this problem not only is reliable, cost effecient, and enviromentally friendly, but does not look horrendous and hazerdous like the current electrical lines running throughout long island neighborhoods.
