Player Requirements For Season

Upon Acceptance of Position with Club

1. Letter of Commitment (Last Page of Player/Parent Handbook Sent at Beginning of Season)

Must be returned within 72 hours of receipt, sent to the email address used to register


2. Signed WVC Player Contract (Second to Last Page of Player/Parent Handbook Sent at Beginning of Season)

Must be returned by first practice, sent to the email address used to register


3. Full or First Payment to Club

See Payments tab, invoices are sent to the email address used to register


4. Upgrade USA Volleyball Membership: Instructions Here

Must be completed after December 1st, ASAP


5. Complete Officiating Training - Junior Player First Referee: Instructions Here

Must be completed before first tournament or January 1st, whichever arrives first


6. Start Power League or Local Season


Parents and players can find all information regarding the team they have been selected for in the invitation to join email sent out at the start of every season. If players do not have all items completed they may not be allowed to participate in practice until finished.
