The next item we find involves the State of Minnesota taking action against APM for selling Precious metals inside the State without being properly registered. We (Satori Traders) have seen this same kind of action filed against other Gold IRA companies doing business in Minnesota.

Based on our research we discovered that the Minnesota Department of Commerce is known for over-regulating the Precious metals industry. Because of this, many nationwide Coin dealers avoid doing business in Minnesota. In July 2021 a US District Court struck down some of the overzealous Minnesota regulations.
