Find your class started as a joke at first during the first group project in my CSC 211 Honors course: Ideathon. There I learned about the subjects that we could try to innovate on and potentially make ideas that would benefit the community. However, at first it didn't go through as pathfinding and trying to understand more complex techniques was just not sitting right on me. Although this may have been true, I just felt like it was itching me to try at least and make something that I never have done before and therefore, Find your class was born!
Before I even started coding, I literally told myself what am I doing as it hit that I'm genuinely going to try to figure out what pathfinding is and how it works. In addition, even try to build a GUI app that I have no experience on.

Googles maps inspired me the most, giving me the chance to see how a directions app would work and how directions would be seen as user friendly and enjoyable to the user. From there, I discussed with myself and my professor, Dr. Azhar, on how it should look and what should be implemented and came up with the idea of a multi use application that would not only give you the directions to your class, but also to other resources or directions to offices if needed so.
