If you have enjoyed the Invincible Amazon series and feel you can't wait for season 2 the comics are a great option to get more of this story. The Amazon series diverges slightly from the source material and rearranges some of the story moments. If you decide to read the comics it is highly recommended that you start at the beginning with issue #1, there is enough different that you could potentially get confused if you tried to jump on at a later point. Some comic characters are different than their Amazon series counterparts and some story moments have either been removed from the show or haven't happened yet.

Since the show premiered many places have been out of stock of Invincible comics, especially the compendiums - keep trying different places and be on the lookout for them to get back in stock if they're not available.

ComiXology, Google Play store and Amazon (ComiXology has a service called ComiXology Unlimited that allows you to subscribe and read the first 53 issues, it also gives a discount if you decide to buy the rest of the comics digitally)

One of the cheapest and easiest ways to read comics is through your local library. Chances are they do carry Invincible comics. Some libraries support Hoopla which is a streaming service that lets you instantly borrow eBooks, audiobooks, comics, music, movies & TV free with your library card.

If you're just looking to read the comics as cheaply as possible I'd recommend either buying them digitally, buying the compendiums or trying your local library. If money isn't an issue I'd recommend the Ultimate Collection Hardcovers.

Yes! There are several other comic book series that take place in the Invincible Universe. The main ones that connect to the main Invincible comics are Invincible Presents: Atom Eve / Atom Eve & Rex Splode (this tells the backstory of the characters Atom Eve and Rex Splode), Guarding the Globe (this spin-off follows the Guardians of the Globe team) and Invincible Universe (this spin-off deals with several different characters that have been introduced in the Invincible Universe with different issues dealing with different characters). In addition to these there are other comics that focus on a single character from the universe these include Tech Jacket, Brit and The Astounding Wolf-Man. There is also Capes which focuses on a team of superheroes for hire but is very short and only 3 issues. These are not necessary to enjoy the main Invincible series and mostly are there to flesh out the world and other side characters that appear in the series. They are there if you want to read absolutely everything Invincible related or end up wanting more from this universe after reading the main series. Bonus: Mark also appears along side Spider-Man in an issue of Marvel Team-Up (volume 3 issue #14).

Occasionally we get posts saying that a user "wants feedback" or "wants to provide feedback", and asks for private messages (or other off-site chat). This is prohibited for two reasons. 1) The feedback should be exchanged in the post, as that is the purpose of the subreddit. Otherwise, the community is deprived of content and productive discussion. 2) Private messages and off-site chat creates a small but real risk of spamming/phishing, which we don't want to encourage.

I want to create a collection of all Marvel and Dc comics ever released. I know there is a service called Marvel unlimited and I am willing to pay for it as well but they dont let you keep the comic books. And ofcourse DC comics are not available there. What is the best website to get comics and other ebooks in bulk?

The best info I could find was that they are exclusive to the app. But is the content different? I was looking at some Secret War comics since that show is coming out soon and I hit that point of the story in the Nova series I am reading. There is the Infinity Comics one and then the Reading Guide that has all the side stories and stuff. What is the difference really?

Political discussion outside of the context of comics and films is not allowed. Bringing politics into apolitical threads is not allowed. Trigger words such as SJW, "force diversity," snowflake, libtard, and the like will result in an immediate ban. This does not include discussion of real world implications or inspirations of characters and events within Marvel Properties. If you cannot talk about Marvel politics civilly, you will be banned.

I have been a huge fan of the dragon age games since origin and have played through them countless times. However, I have never really looked into any dragon age content outside of the games. Today I watched the Dawn of the seeker movie and... well... it is a movie i suppose :D. Nontheless it made me curious about what other dragon age content I could find besides the games. I knew of the existance of dragon age comics, but never realized the sheer quantity of comics that existed.

I am not typically someone who reads a lot of comics but I am intrigued to start looking at some of these comics. So, I am wondering where I should start? Which of the comics are good or bad? Which are important lore-wise and which are less integral to the overall story and lore?

I started looking into places to read comics online, and I found a lot of free sites that were alright, but the ads, man. The ads. Then, I found ComiXology. I thought to myself, "cool, I can pay these guys and not have to worry about falling behind on new releases or losing my place."

So, my question now is, where can I read this damn comic (ha)? I don't care if it's subscription or free, I don't care about ads (just, let's not go overboard with them), I'd just like a good way to read this amazing story in bed.

I watched the pilot on YouTube, and a bunch of other voice dubs, and I'm absolutely hooked onto the series but i just have one problem: i cant find the comics anywhere. I checked the official website of hazbin hotel but all i got was a request for my email, and nothing else. Where do I get the comics? Please I'm desperate lol

wanting to get into doctor who comics, any recommendations on where to start? preferably comics featuring nu-who doctors in it. also any recommendations on the best place to get them from as well?(uk)

Hey everyone! so I'd like to get started with the Assassins Creed comics. But there's so many I don't now where to begin.. I was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction? Much appreciated thanks ?

TLDR for above: Pre ordered some graded comics. One year later no updates, no replies, and no indication that the orders will be fulfilled anytime soon. Did some digging around and it turns out that many people from all over the country are in the same situation.

I want to start this by saying that I do actually enjoy the comics. They're a fun way to read more stories about the characters that I grew up idolizing. However, I think the comics suffer in two distinct ways.

I played the story mission where Wanda fights Hulk last night and it was the most fun I've had yet! I typically don't run Wanda's legendary card because of the self-KO effect (I love how thematic it is though!) and was really confused when I drew it on the third turn. I used it to KO Hulk for the third time to end the mission and when Wanda whispered 'No More' I got literal chills.

I finished the show recently and am wondering if I should read the comics- did you guys like them more or less than the show? Also are they more or less gorey than the show? I'll probably buy the comics so I'm just wondering it its worth it

I'm blown away by how much I enjoyed the ending, in a world were most mainstream comics don't get to have a proper conclusion because of prioritizing sales instead of quality I can't stress enough how satisfying the ending felt, especially with that hype ass battle on the surface of the sun. Def part of my top 10 comics for good. ff782bc1db
