"Where is" application Terms of Use

By accessing "Where is" application (thereafter Application), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, accept our Privacy Policy, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. As Application uses Google Places API and Google Maps API, by using this Application, you are also bound by Google Terms of Service, Google Privacy Policy, and any other applicable Google's terms and policies. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Application. The materials contained in this Application are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or data) on the Application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials;
• use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
• attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the Application;
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated at any time. Accuracy of materials

The Application is a convenient tool to find the place you are looking for and get some information about the place. The data is provided by Google Places API. In Google Places API data is generated and contributed by other users and organizations. Therefore, you should consider that not all real world data is provided by API and, consequently, by the Application. Besides, considering the nature of how data is created you should accept that there can be inaccuracy in provided data.

The materials appearing in the Application can include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials in the Application are accurate, complete or current. We or third party data providers may make changes to the materials contained in the Application at any time without notice. However we do not make any commitment to update the materials.

All the information in the Application is provided on an 'as is' basis. The Owner of this Application makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. The Owner of this Application does not guarantee that the Application will work 100% of time.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Armenia and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Armenia.
