The Workshop on High Energy Physics Phenomenology 2025 (WHEPP-2025) is a prominent international series of workshops on particle physics with a strong focus on particle physics phenomenology and its connections to both formal theory and experiments. Held biennially, WHEPP serves as India's most significant recurring international event in this field since 1989. The workshop encompasses the entire breadth of particle physics, organised into various topical working groups. The upcoming XVIII edition (WHEPP-2025) will be held in IIT Hyderabad.

All are required to pay registration fees and for the accommodation charges
Registration fees (INR 9000 + GST (PhD students/ Postdocs), INR 12000 + GST (Faculty), $300 +GST (participants affiliated to Institutions outside India)). Registration fees do not include accommodation charges.
PhD students and Postdocs will be provided only sharing accommodation
Accompanying person INR 6000+GST

IITH Guest House Rooms (Tentative Rates per night): To be paid while check-in.
a) Standard Room, Single occupancy Rs. 1500 + GST; Double occupancy: Rs. 2000 + GST
b) Executive Room, Single occupancy Rs. 2000 + GST; (Double occupancy): Rs 2300 + GST
c) Suite: Rs 2800 +GST
d) Super Suite: Rs 3000 + GST
One can opt for Hotels (no specific recommendation)
Postdocs and PhD students may be given sharing accommodation in the guest house
