Welcome to Wheelie Bin Service! By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service "Terms". Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide bin placement and collection services, as well as optional bin cleaning for customers subscribing to our weekly or monthly plans. Our services include:

One-Off Collection: Placement and return of bins on bin day.

Weekly Subscription: Regular placement and return of bins with free bin washes every 8 weeks.

Monthly Subscription: Convenient monthly bin placement and return with free bin washes every 8 weeks.

2. Pricing and Payments

Pricing for our services is as follows:

One-Off Collection: £12.99

Weekly Subscription: £11.99/week

Monthly Subscription: £34.99/month

Discounts, offers, or changes to pricing will be communicated in advance.

Payments must be made in advance via Stripe or other approved payment methods.

3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure smooth service delivery, customers must:

Place bins in a designated accessible location before 6:00 PM the day prior to bin collection.

Ensure no obstructions (e.g., locked gates, parked vehicles) prevent us from accessing the bins.

Notify us promptly of changes to collection schedules or accessibility.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

One-Off Collections: Non-refundable unless cancellation is made at least 24 hours before service.

Subscriptions: Customers can cancel subscriptions at any time. Refunds for partial months or weeks are not available.

We reserve the right to cancel services due to repeated access issues, non-payment, or misuse of services.

5. Bin Cleaning (Subscription Plans Only)

Free bin cleaning is provided every 8 weeks as part of weekly and monthly subscriptions.

Customers will be notified in advance of their scheduled bin cleaning day.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for bins that are damaged, lost, or stolen outside of our service hours.

7. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect and use your personal information (e.g., name, address, payment details) only for service provision and communication purposes. We comply with all applicable data protection laws.

8. Modifications to Services or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services, pricing, or these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website at least 14 days in advance.

9. Disputes and Governing Law

Any disputes will be resolved amicably through negotiation.
