This Privacy Policy describes how information is collected, used, and disclosed when you use the Wheel Choice mobile application (the "App"), developed by Emanuele Fricano ("we", "us", or "our", also referred to as "the Developer").

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Data collected directly by the App

Wheel Choice does not require account creation and does not directly collect personally identifiable information (such as name, email, or phone number) for the basic functioning of the app. Custom wheels created by the user are saved locally on the device.

2.2 Data collected through third-party services (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. To provide ads, including personalized ads, AdMob may automatically collect and process the following information:

- Advertising ID (AAID)

- IP address

- Device information (model, operating system, language, time zone)

- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

- Approximate geographic location (based on IP), where applicable

This data is collected and processed by Google LLC as an independent controller/processor, in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy, available here:

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING

Data collected through AdMob is used to:

- Display advertisements within the App

- Personalize ads based on user interests (if consent has been given)

- Measure ad performance

- Prevent ad fraud

4. ADVERTISING CONSENT (EU/EEA/UK USERS)

If you are located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, upon opening the App you will be shown a consent banner (via Google's User Messaging Platform - UMP) that allows you to:

- Accept personalized advertising

- Reject personalized advertising (you will still receive ads, but not based on your interests)

- Manage your preferences at any time

You can change your consent preferences at any time through the App settings.

5. DATA SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES

Data collected through AdMob is shared with:

- Google LLC (Google AdMob) and its certified advertising partners, for the purpose of ad delivery and management

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for purposes other than those stated above.

6. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

Data collected by AdMob may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the European Union, including in the United States. Google ensures appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for such transfers, in accordance with GDPR requirements.

7. DATA SECURITY

Data transmitted through AdMob is protected via encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS). However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. DATA RETENTION

Data collected by AdMob is retained according to Google's own policies, generally not exceeding the period necessary for the stated advertising purposes. Wheels created by the user within the App remain stored locally on the device until the App is uninstalled or the data is manually deleted by the user.

9. YOUR RIGHTS (GDPR)

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to:

- Access your personal data

- Request correction or deletion of your data

- Object to data processing for advertising purposes

- Withdraw consent at any time

- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Italy: Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali - www.garanteprivacy.it)

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age under local law). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us for immediate removal.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page along with an updated revision date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
