Wheatley De Forge Foundation.

As a PTA dad of three adopted, and now young men with Autism our non profit was developed to advance ideas, that leads to individual success of people with "issues".

Issues is defined by us as homelessness, mental health, unemployment, lack of access to services.

Here is one idea to help low income and homeless people.

We have a location in mind for this idea and will update the plans according to property.

A 6 story parking garage, first floor is for parking. at one point elevators to floors 2, 3, 4. The 5th floor is Mental Health Counseling and Social Services. Floor 2 is housing for heterosexual males and the third floor is housing for heterosexual females. The fourth floor is for anyone qualifying as other. Low Cost housing for low income people, tipped employees, cab / truck drivers. Drug Addiction, with counseling / case management services. This idea came to me with my 28 year old Autistic son whom can't pay his bills, budget money. He also is really bad at picking his friends.

Ray's Roommates is one big space pictured below with up to 99 of Ray's closest friends. Community living room, gaming, laundry, and telehealth all on site. if we could take section 8 housing we would. Big believers in it takes a village. Group Housing at an extremally low cost.

Please Note: Clothing is mandatory at all times in all public areas and is defined shirt, shorts, and shoes.

Rooms are 6 X 6 feet square. With a raised 4 X 6 foot platform with a Formica counter top for easy cleaning to support a twin size mattress. Comes with wall light on a dimmer switch and two outlets. Mattress W/clean fitted sheet and pillow case. A freshly cleaned towel with each room rental. Rooms have ten foot walls with no ceilings for open air flow. hallway are monitored but not inside rooms. Did Someone say FOOD?

As a former restaurant owner of a diner outside of Denver food service has changed post covid.

Our plan includes a Community Center providing food in a different way. Pizza / Bakery / Our Cheese Danish served deep dish pizza style is our Hot White Cholate coffees best friend. In addition to Chevy Bolts Providing electric delivery.

ALL WITH A PURPOSE

We fund raise for high schools. with an interest in Jazz Music We plan to invite High School Jazz Band from across the valley to preform and give back 10 percent of sales during the event. Lights Up Las Vegas.

We hire and train through Opportunity Village Pathways to work program. Most jobs here are temporary. We train people with challenges to work in the Hotel and Restaurant industry on a limited scale and gradually increase their skill levels. This will make them more competitive when applying for Permanent positions.

As long as there is hungry people we can never waste food. We give away before we throw away.

In a almost perfect WORLD

We connect people to affordable and free resources. We would like to own our own restaurant w/ bar and most important gaming to help fund all of this. Can a for profit corp. Lease a Kitchen to a non profit for a tax donation the value of rent? Then the profit from all food sales goes directly to the non profit to pay it's bills food cos. Beverage, liquor sales and gaming goes the the for profit corporation. We can make this work.
