Introduction
Welcome to WhatWrap, a mobile application ("App"). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our App.
Eligibility
WhatWrap is intended for general use. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the App.
Description of Service
WhatWrap is designed to provide users with personalized insights and statistics based on their chat history. The App analyzes your chat data to generate reports on metrics such as frequently used words, emojis, and conversation patterns.
How WhatWrap Works
Data Import: You can export your chat history and import it into WhatWrap for analysis.
Local Analysis: All data analysis is performed locally on your device.
Data Privacy: Your chat data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
AI-Powered Insights: Our AI feature enhances analysis by providing deeper insights into messaging behavior, trends, and patterns. The AI processing is conducted locally unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Coins, Bonuses, and Subscriptions
The App includes paid features such as coins and bonus rewards.
Coins are purchased and can be used to unlock chat summaries ("Wrappeds").
Bonuses are free rewards that expire 7 days after receipt.
Subscriptions grant users coins and additional bonuses but do not provide unlimited access to Wrappeds.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their billing policies.
User Conduct
By using WhatWrap, you agree to:
Use the App for lawful purposes only.
Not engage in any activity that could harm, disrupt, or interfere with the App's functionality.
Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its related systems.
Not misuse or attempt to manipulate AI-generated insights in a way that could cause harm or misrepresentation.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and AI algorithms, are the exclusive property of WhatWrap and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Limitation of Liability
WhatWrap is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation or the information, content, or materials included. This application is intended for entertainment purposes only, and the analyses provided do not have scientific accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this App.

Refund & Money-Back Policy
We want you to have a meaningful and enjoyable experience with WhatWrap. While we strive to provide a high-quality product, we understand that sometimes things may not meet expectations.

If you purchased a subscription or package directly via our website, and were offered a money-back guarantee during checkout, you may be eligible for a full refund under the following conditions:
You contact our support team at help@whatwrap.app within 30 days of your initial purchase, and
You provide a brief explanation for your request, and
You demonstrate that you have used the product meaningfully (e.g., completed at least one "Wrapped", uploaded valid data, or engaged with core features for at least 7 consecutive days).
We review all refund requests individually and reserve the right to approve or decline based on the information provided. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Important Notes
Please understand that our money-back guarantee is designed to support genuine use cases where the service did not work as expected, despite reasonable effort. For this reason, refund requests may not be approved in the following situations:
If the request is based solely on a change of mind, personal preferences, or unmet subjective expectations.
If the user was unaware that the service includes a paid subscription or that it auto-renews, despite this being communicated during the checkout process.
If there is little or no evidence of meaningful use of the app’s core features.
If the purchase was made through a third-party platform (such as the App Store or Google Play), in which case their own refund policies apply.
Please note that refunds for consumed digital items (e.g., used coins or unlocked Wrappeds) are not possible unless there is a technical defect attributable to us.
General Refund Terms
Outside of the above-mentioned guarantee, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
If you’re a resident of the European Union or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from digital content purchases within 14 days unless you expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that this voids your withdrawal right. By starting to use WhatWrap immediately after purchase, you acknowledge this and waive your statutory withdrawal right unless the product is defective.

Data Sharing with Apple During Refund Requests
In case of a refund request made through the App Store, we may share limited, non-personal information about your in-app activity with Apple to help evaluate the request. This may include general app usage data, purchase consumption status, and anonymized identifiers. No personal content or sensitive data is ever shared.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
