Starting in September of 2008, Dusty and Amy Kennedy started Creative Possibilities as a side business and a creative outlet. Amy is responsible for all of the custom artwork while Dusty focuses on the website development and voice over work. In 2020, Dusty received his Master of Education in Educational Technology in hope of adding Instructional Design to the list of offerings from Creative Possibilities.

Dusty received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theater and pursued a career in acting. Looking for a job to pay the bills, he decided to take a job as a Business Analyst in Software Development. Fast forward 15 years and he has added Instructional Designer to his list of skills. Dusty enjoys digging in and analyzing the needs of the client and eliciting instructional requirements.
