Great price

Mary was helpful and understood that I only needed her for a short time due to my back issues. I have a very large yard and she was extremely thorough cleaning it up. Mary was also very accommodating to my time frame and had it done by when I needed it. She did an excellent job and I was very grateful. If at any point I need help again I know she'll be there. Mary even played with my dog and he really liked her.☺️

I’m so grateful for this service! Mary is incredibly reliable, kind, and very accommodating. It’s such a relief knowing Tibbles’ litter box and the surrounding area is always clean and taken care of. She even brings a little treat for Tibbles each visit, which is such a thoughtful touch. You can tell she truly cares about the animals and takes pride in her work. Mary is just the best! Her service takes my least favorite chore off my list and I am so grateful. Every week, she changes my cats' litter box while I'm at work. She communicates when she gets to my home and even sends a confirmation picture of the completed job and my locked up house. She even leaves my kitties a little treat! If you are on the fence, I highly recommend going for it!

✔️ Do I have to be home during service? No. As long as I have safe access to your yard or litter box, you don't need to be home.

✔️ What happens if my gate is locked? If I can't safely access your yard because the gate is locked or blocked. I'll contact you to reschedule. A missed visit fee may apply.

✔️ Can my dog be outside while your scooping? Yes! Most dogs can stay outside while I clean. If your dog is aggressive, overly protective or has a history of escaping. I may ask that they be kept inside during the visit for safety.

✔️ Do you disinfect your equipment? Yes! All tools and footwear are cleaned and disinfected between properties to help prevent the spread of germs.

✔️ How often do you come? I offer weekly, biweekly and one-time cleanups. Twice weekly service is also available upon request.

✔️ Do you haul away the waste? Yes! All pet waste is removed from your property and properly disposed of.

✔️ Do I have to sign a contract? No! There are no contracts, you can pause or cancel your service at any time.

✔️ Do you work year-round? Yes! I provide service throughout the year, including most winter months, weather permitting.

✔️ What happens if it rains or snows? Light rain or snow won't stop service. Severe weather may require rescheduling, and I'll contact you if that happens.

✔️ How do I pay? I currently accept Cash or Zelle.

✔️ Are you insured? Yes! I am fully insured for your peace of mind.

✔️ Are you locally owned? Yes! What's the Scoop? Pet Waste Removal is a small local woman owned business proudly serving families throughout Cuyahoga County.

✔️ Do you provide the litter and the extra box required for the exchange service? Yes, I can provide the extra litter box and the litter for a additional fee depending on brand/type litter. We'll discuss the best options before your service begins.
