I've been trying for two days now to setup two-step verification on my Samsung account to no avail. What happened was I recently factory resetted my phone (Galaxy A71) and I'm trying to restore my data that was previously backed up to Samsung Cloud before the reset. I am trying to disconnect a whatsapp number from a third party app that is connected to a business page. I am directed to enter a 6 digit code which has been sent to by SMS, i don't receive any code. I have tried the 'use another method' button but this doesn't give me any other option than SMS. I have been told by the third party support team the only way is through the business manager page (which i can not enter with a code.)

I have looked through all the help sections and have found no solution. I am receiving messages from customers each day which i am unable to answer due to the third party app failures. Which is why i am trying to disconnect from it. I have tried connecting meta about this but i receive no answers. I am at the point i will have to change the business whatsapp number but this will be devastating for my business.

I've logged a case with them to investigate as we picking up the same issue as Discuss stated above. Destination ranges from e6.whatsapp.net all the way up to e14.whatsapp.net, which is classified as a 'Facebook-Web' application within the 'Unknown' application category.
