Whatly ("the app") is developed by Valleo Labs ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains how the app handles information. By using Whatly, you agree to this policy.
Whatly does not require an account and does not ask you for personal information such as your name, email address, or contacts. We do not run our own servers that collect or store personal information about you. The app shows ads through Google AdMob, and the optional "Models" feature retrieves public information from Hugging Face. Details are below.
None. Whatly has no sign-up, no login, and no user profile. We do not operate servers that collect your personal data.
Whatly displays banner ads using Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process certain information from your device. This may include a device advertising identifier, IP address, approximate (coarse) location derived from your IP address, and information about how you interact with ads. This information is collected and used by Google under its own policies, not by us.

You can reset your advertising identifier or limit ad personalization in your device settings (on Android: Settings → Google → Ads).
When you open the "Models" section, the app requests publicly available model information from the Hugging Face Hub API (huggingface.co). We do not send Hugging Face any personal information about you. As with any web request, standard technical information such as your IP address is visible to Hugging Face and is handled under Hugging Face's own privacy policy: https://huggingface.co/privacy
Whatly is a directory. When you tap a tool or a model, the app opens that provider's website in your device's web browser. Those websites are operated by third parties and have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as described above for advertising (Google AdMob).
Whatly is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Network requests made by the app use encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
You can reset or opt out of personalized ads through your device's advertising settings.
Because we do not collect personal information directly, we hold no personal account data to delete. If you have any questions or requests, contact us at the address below.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
