Our Commitment
WhatLog is designed as a tool to help parents and legal guardians protect their minor children in the digital world. We are unequivocally committed to child safety and have a zero-tolerance policy towards the use of our services for any form of child exploitation or abuse.
Zero-Tolerance Policy
The use of the WhatLog application or services to create, view, store, or distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) is strictly and explicitly forbidden. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be terminated immediately and without notice.
Prohibited Use
Our service is intended to be a safety tool, not a tool for abuse, harassment, or exploitation. Users are expressly prohibited from using WhatLog to:
Harm, threaten, or harass a minor.
Engage in any activity that facilitates the sexual exploitation or abuse of children.
Transmit or share any content that depicts or suggests child abuse.
Reporting and Action
We have a legal and moral obligation to combat the spread of CSAM. If we become aware of any user engaging in activities related to child exploitation, we will take the following actions:
Immediate Account Termination: The offending account will be permanently banned from our services.
Preservation of Evidence: We will take steps to preserve all data associated with the offending account that may be relevant to a law enforcement investigation.
Reporting to Authorities: We will report the incident, along with all relevant user information and evidence, to the appropriate law enforcement agencies, such as the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States and/or other relevant national and international authorities.
User Responsibility
As a user of WhatLog, you share in the responsibility to protect children. If you encounter any content or user behavior on any platform that you suspect is related to child abuse, you are urged to report it immediately to your local law enforcement agency.
