We offer administrative, virtual assistant, client intake, customer service, email support, scheduling, document management, and related services.
Payments must be made prior to the start of services unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payments: Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, invoice payments, or other platforms as provided.
Late payments may result in paused services.
4. Service Hours & Communication
Service hours are based on agreed schedules.
Communication may occur via text, phone, email, or approved platforms.
Messages received outside business hours will be answered the next business day.
All client information is confidential.

6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Refund eligibility:
If no work has started → Full refund
If work has started → Refund may be partial or unavailable depending on completed hours
Packages or discounted bundles are non-refundable once work has begun
If a client misses a scheduled meeting without notice, time will be billed as scheduled.
If a client ends service early, only unused prepaid hours may be refunded based on agreement.
5. Service Dissatisfaction
We will make reasonable efforts to correct issues.
Refunds are not guaranteed for dissatisfaction without attempt to resolve the issue.

Payments are due before service begins.
