Thoughts
Thoughts are streams of energetic information that the mind can perceive. Thoughts are the energetic potential to become actions, to become reality.
Everything that we can see or perceive using any of our senses was first a thought before becoming manifested into existence, including the Universe.
Thoughts come in the form of sensory, non-sensory and extrasensory information (e.g. ideas, feelings, emotions, inner visual images, imagination, inner speech, inner sounds, music, daydreams, dreams, concepts, and the list goes on). The brain interprets thoughts in order to act and react unto this physical reality.
Thoughts are energetic information expressed physically as brainwaves. The information contained in our thoughts are messages the brain deciphers so they can become manifested to physical reality through actions. A "brainwave" is an action in itself. Brainwaves can be measured by EEG (Electroencephalogram) scanners.
We are all content creators in this life. We are actors acting out the play of our lives every second of everyday.
We get inspired by our emotions to put our thoughts in motion.
Thoughts influence our emotions to put themselves in motion.
Motion = Action
How can there be an effect (our actions) if there is no cause (our thoughts)? Are we saying then that the cause is not real? Of course not, the cause is very real.
Thought Frequencies
Our thoughts range in different frequencies that create brainwaves which can be measured by EEG technology, these brainwaves are:
Delta (1-3 Hz) - Profound, deep dreamless sleep.
Theta (4-7 Hz) - Twilight zone, between awake and asleep, vivid dreams, astral projection state.
Alpha (8-12 Hz) - Day-dreaming, focused, meditation state.
Beta (13-38 Hz) - "Normal" everyday interactions with people, surroundings and things.
Gamma (39-42 Hz) - Hyper focused and awareness state.
Thoughts are the potential to become actions, to become reality.
Thoughts automatically becomes manifested into our lives as reality because of the fact that we can feel them through our emotions.
The truth are the facts.
What are facts? Facts are everything that has been manifested into reality.
Even the unbelievable things and the incredible things.
If it happened, its a fact.
We are always thinking. Whenever we do anything in our lives we are still thinking while we're doing the thing we're doing. E.g. When we are walking, we are thinking. When we are driving, we are thinking. When we are watching TV or using our cellphone we are thinking and are constantly having a conversation with ourselves in our minds.
There is a metaphor about that talks about a good lion and a bad lion. It says that the one we feed will get stronger. If we choose to feed the bad lion, it will get stronger. Same goes the other way, when we feed the good lion it will also get stronger.
Our thoughts are the food we give them.
Our thoughts are the energy, the endless and limitless energy.
People think 90% of the same thoughts they had yesterday. The brain processes around 70,000 thoughts per day. We think 90% of the same thought patterns the next day. That leaves a 10% conscious thought effort to notice the 90% of the subconscious thought patterns that influence how we feel, how we act, and create our habits. Do you see now?
Since our mind is always thinking it is hard for some people to meditate. The act of meditating is to train your mind to:
notice and process the thoughts you are currently having
pay attention to how they make you feel
learn from them
keep what benefits you and discard what does not
make peace with them
and let them go.
Focus on the thoughts that will move your path forward to achieving the things that you want, all the other thoughts will just slow down the process, leaving you living the life you currently want to change.
Your life is a direct consequence of the decisions you have made throughout your life.
When someone says "Oh, if I only knew then what I know now my life would have been so different. I would have changed so many things." Guess what? Because our life is always experiencing the present moment then you can apply that "if I only knew then what I know now" phrase right now.
What does that imply? Well, we need and must train ourselves (our minds and our bodies) to live the life we want to live, that includes the reactions we have towards unexpected events or situations.
We must also create the circumstances and situations we need to achieve what we want. That includes taking a different approach to the same or similar situations that seem to be recurrent in our everyday life. When we think differently, we speak and act differently.
Conversations
Words and conversations are the products of thoughts, we verbalize what we are thinking.
All of our conversations must have a purpose!
All of all our conversations do have a purpose in themselves whether we are aware of it or not. Is our conversation about gossip? Is our conversation revolving around prejudice, judgement, intolerance, complaints? Are we having a conversation seeking validation? Are we criticizing something or someone?
We are all content creators in this life, whether it is to be lazy or to be a workaholic or to live your authentic self and enjoy life and help others do the same.
We are actors acting out the play of our lives every second of everyday and we get inspired by our emotions to put our thoughts in motion and our thoughts influence our emotions to put themselves in motion.
For example: If you were to call a friend or a relative to tell them anything, you are creating a situation with content (the conversation) towards a purpose (whatever you wanted to call them for).
People tend to talk and give their opinion about any recent thing (gossip, news or events) without question as an unconscious habit. Now, when we consciously and intentionally choose what information we want to receive and give out then we are consciously choosing to live life on our terms. This includes filtering the people we talk with, the topics we talk about, the questions we ask, and everything else related to communication and information.
Remember you are the only one living your life, if you look around you in this moment, you are living the results of the choices you have made and the choices you let others make when you decided not to decide or decided to not to choose anything.
Not making a decision is a decision in itself.
You are deciding to not do something regardless of the reason.
Everything requires work, even to do the things you love to do.
Have a clear vision of what you want in your life and how do you want to act in it, at the end of the day it's your life and no one else lives it for you.
Build your life avatar on paper or anywhere you can remind yourself of what you want in life. This is the real life version of yourself that you want to manifest in this lifetime. Every day you decide what clothes you want to wear, what food you want to eat, etc. Your avatar (YOU) must have the habits down to detail of the person living that great life. What does that person wake up to do each morning? What does that person practice in private that is rewarded in public?
Thoughts create everything. Everything begins with thoughts.
