This privacy policy governs your use of the What Am Ai software application for Android mobile devices that was created by Aleix Ripoll.

I. What kinds of information do we collect?
Things you and others do and provide.
1) Information and content you provide:
We collect the content, communications and other information you provide when you use What Am Ai, including when you sign up for an account, create or share content, and message or communicate with others.
2) Networks and connections:
We collect information about the people, accounts, and pages you are connected to and how you interact with them across What Am Ai, such as people you communicate with the most or groups you are part of.
We do not collect contact information if you choose to upload, sync or import it from a device (such as an address book or call log or SMS log history), which we use for things like helping you and others find people you may know.
3) Your usage:
We collect information about how you use What Am Ai, such as the types of content you view or engage with; the features you use; the actions you take; the people or accounts you interact with; and the time, frequency and duration of your activities.
4) Information about transactions:
What Am Ai never asks payment information, such as credit or debit card number and other card information; or other account and authentication information; or billing, shipping and contact details. Therefore, we do not collect information about purchases or transactions because there are not.
5) Things others do and information they provide about you:
The other people can not share information about you to others when they use What Am Ai. Therefore, we can not analyze content, communications and information about you through the others.
Device Information
We collect information from and about the phones you use that integrate What Am Ai. Information we obtain from your devices includes:
1) Device attributes:
Information such as the operating system, hardware and software versions, battery level, signal strength, available storage space, browser type, app and file names and types, and plugins.
2) Device operations:
Information about operations and behaviors performed on the device, such as whether a window is foregrounded or backgrounded, or mouse movements (which can help distinguish humans from bots).
3) Data from device settings:
Information you allow us to receive through device settings you turn on, such as access to your GPS location, camera or photos.
4) Cookie data:
We do not use cookies explicitly. However, the application may use third-party code and libraries that use cookies to collect information and improve its services. You have the option of accepting or rejecting these cookies.

Security
We value your confidence in providing us with your personal information, therefore, we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect it. But remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% safe and reliable, and we can not guarantee its absolute security.

This application may contains links to other sites. If you click on a link from a third party, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we recommend that you review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of third-party sites or services.
Children’s privacy
What Am Ai is not directed to any person under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the event that we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete it from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided us with personal information, contact us so we can take the necessary actions.
II. How do we use this information?
The use of the data collected by us
We use Google Analytics to help us analyse how you use the app, how long you use the app, what kind of device you are using, where are you from and more. Then, the application can be imporved.
We use Firebase to store your information such as personal data, pictures, posts and communication with your connections. We also use Firebase for signup and login to What Am Ai and, to monitor, track and fix all app crashes.
We use the information we have to verify accounts and activity, to combat harmful conduct, to detect and to prevent spam and other bad experiences, to maintain the integrity of the application, to investigate suspicious activity or violations of our terms or policies and to detect when someone needs help.
We use the information we have to send you marketing communications, to communicate with you about updates, to let you know about our policeies and terms and to respond to you when you contact us.

III. How is this information shared?
Your information is shared with others in the following ways:
People and accounts you share and communicate with
When you share and communicate using What Am Ai, you choose the audience for what you share, such as all of your friends or a customized list of people. At any time, you can modify the audience for your posts.
If you remove or block an account, that account will not being informed about your action.
Your account is private by default and anyone can not see personal information and posts about you until you make a friend connection. However, we only make public your account's username in order to led others find you or write private message to you. Then, if you have a common friend, you can ask her/his friend what gift have in mind, and thus avoid coinciding. Moreover, you can see all posts' likes of your friend including common friends and other accounts.
What Am Ai includes the possibility of creating groups of people to communicate with each other. Group admins can add any account to the group as long as they have the permission to do so. Your account blocks other people from adding you to a group by default. The group admin requires your approval. You can remove the permission again at any time.
If people does not have a What Am Ai account, they can see nothing. In order to find you by your username, having an account is a must.

Information about your active status or presence on What Am Ai
People in your networks can see signals telling them whether you are currently active or when you last used What Am Ai. You can hide this information to everyone at any time.
New owner
If the ownership or control What Am Ai changes, we may transfer your information to the new owner.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell any of your information to anyone, and we never will.
IV. Data retention and account deletion
We store data until your account is deleted. When you delete your account, we delete things you have posted, such as your photos and status updates, and you will not be able to recover that information later.
