What Is The Smoothie Diet: 21 Day Rapid Weight Loss Program?

The Smoothie Diet is a 21-day weight loss programme that can be used to replace meals. The all-natural diet plan, which includes lots of fresh green vegetables and fruits and includes tasty meal recipes, was created by Drew Sgoutas, a health coach, to ensure that you achieve your health and wellness goals in about a month. To help his clients in a healthy weight loss process, Sgoutas developed the 21-Day Smoothie Diet. “The Smoothie Diet” is an e-book that includes 36 smoothie recipes, focused shopping lists, and a three-week timetable outlining which smoothies to make each day. The e-book also includes a three-day “detox” regimen that includes recipes and directions for replacing three meals each day with smoothies.

The 21-Day Smoothie Diet recommends eating normally but still “healthy” one day a week and offers a meal plan for that day. Sgoutas recommends repeating the 21-day cycle whenever you want to lose weight, however, there is little evidence that a smoothie diet is an efficient way of losing weight.
