1982-10-17, 7:00PM: Anthony's wife and Mark's mom Dorothy dies of cancer in the DiBello Family home.
-Anthony removes pictures and remembrances of Dorothy's. Mark fights to keep her memory alive.
1982, 12-18, Mark's Birthday: Anthony, as in the last, at least 6 years, gives son a card with cash enclosed.
Anthony: Donna Murphy, 29, asks waitress about "Wealthy Widower," 50, in Cadillac and expensive suit.
Anthony: Murphy lies about holding Bible Study at his office. Instead wants job/$. Starts "love bombing."
-Joe DiBello, Tony's atheistic second son, helps hire Murphy as Tony's secretary at publicly-held company.
-According to Anthony's autobiography, friend of Murphy's suggests Anthony start dating her.
-Anthony, 50-years-old, takes Mark to meet Murphy, 29, at her slum of an apartment in Rensselaer, NY.
-Mark predicts unbiblical "marriage" to divorced gold digger will leave dad broke. He doesn't attend event.
-DM lies to many and says not divorced, that first husband, of Murphy Overhead Doors, committed suicide.
-DM forces Anthony to kick Mark and Dottie's children out of family home. She moves her four children in.
-Anthony angry that DM's disrespectful kids change locks on doors and do drugs in DiBello Family home.
-AFD gives MAD permission to borrow truck. Murphy lies and reports truck stolen. Mark refuses to call dad for help, "It will break his heart," and wants to protect family name in "Police Blotter." MAD jailed 6-days.
-MAD asks DM apology for false accusation/arrest. She replies: "Fuck you! I'll do it again! I own you and your father!" Dad asks son, back at AFD's work: "Where have you been?" Mark turns cheek, says little.
-Mark visits his dad, from out of state, but is only allowed to stay briefly on living room couch.
-Mark witnesses Murphy violently kick and scream at the beloved family dog Golden Nugget.
-AFD calls Mark out-of-state to inform "Nuggie" has died, but Murphy was there to quickly bury the pet.
-Tony owned horses, dogs, cats, and fed wild deer, but will in 35+ years with Murphy, be disallowed from having animals or a pet because he tells Mark, "She'd never pay for food, vet care, and would kill the pet."
-Murphy changes AFD's home from Dorothy's classy Colonial design to a drab gray, resembling an office.
-Murphy converts upstairs bedrooms into rental apartments and is trusted with the accounting and banking.
-Anthony DiBello's publicly-traded Hospital Newspapers Group files bankruptcy. His DiBello Publishing Company, Incorporated folds. Murphy is his trusted secretary and second "wife." Joe DiBello is president.
-Anthony is forced to first rent, then sell the offices of DiBello Publishing Company Incorporated.
-Mark visits his dad, from out of state, but is only allowed to stay briefly in partitioned play / massage room.
1990, 3-2: Joseph Murphy's East Greenbush home mysteriously sets fire. He dies, March 3rd, of injuries.
1990, 10-7: Donna R. Murphy, administrator of the estate, sells Joseph J. Murphy's home for $118,000.
1991, after MAD has healing exorcism and AA meeting on "Steps to make amends," MAD asks DM if she wants to apologize for false arrest? DM: "Fuck no! I'll do it again. The DiBello's must know, I'm the boss!"
-In NY, Tony applies with two bankers for second mortgage. Both give indications of request being denied.
-From L.A., Mark gets dad on "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Show pays family member travel expense. DM and AFD use funds for Albany to NYC drive. Mark must fly self, is forced to sleep on street.
-Mark, contestant pro, instructs dad on appearance, however, Murphy, Lisa and Amy take control. Anthony bombs. Later, he tells son reluctant banker saw Tony on show and thus deemed him worthy of home loan.
-Mark visits his dad, from out of state, but is only allowed to stay briefly on partitioned play room floor.
-Items of Mark's in storage shed are missing or ruined. Mark and Anthony preserved copies of AFD's "Greenbush Area News." Mark presents to EG Library. Librarian says, "Thank Donna for her contribution."
1997: Joseph DiBello's friend suggests Anthony start Bingo City. To Anthony's ire, Mark refuses involvement since he believes Murphy has track record of proving she will curse and cost the charity.
2001, 10-16: Anthony sells property parcel for $35,500. Murphy controls cash, secrets large portion for self.
2003, February: Mark travels far for dying godfather, AFD's brother Joe. Dad drives son. After departing hospital. Mark begs to return, but AFD talks with and shops for Murphy at Best Buy. Joe dies, that moment.
-MAD, with no money for hotel, gets landlord permission to stay night in dead uncle's apartment. Murphy and Lisa object. MAD must walk snowy street. He's jailed for vagrancy drying socks at laundromat.
-Anthony directs Lisa DiBello to pick-up the still homeless Mark from Mechanicville jail. She arrives in a red convertible: "Are you done being a loser and embarrassing this family?"
2004, November: Donna briefly joins the Loudonville office of TL. Metzger Real Estate and Associates residential division. She was also fired or quit as a clerical worker at Loudonville Community Church.
-Murphy sells Anthony's property parcel for $118,000. Murphy controls cash, secrets large portion for self.
-Anthony completes autobiography. Not surprisingly, Murphy controls much of the narrative and editing, meaning her and her kids appear positively. Tony's accomplished son Mark, is only mentioned twice.
-In California, Mark is homeless. Anthony earmarks $1,000 for a professional review of his book. He agrees Mark can write it for $500. Instead, Murphy gives the $1,000 to a company who pans the book.
-Dejected and desperate his dad couldn't or chose not to restrict Donna, Mark uses a credit card from an unattended suitcase on a hotel room and is jailed for 11 days, then 3+ months in halfway houses.
2004, 12-18: Mark's Birthday. Father, as in the last, at least 28 years, sends son a card with cash enclosed.
2005, 1-27: Anthony sells property parcel for $277,000. Murphy controls cash, secrets large portion for self.
2011, 3-22: Anthony and Murphy visit Mark and fiancé, Darci, in Florida. Discussing AFD's buying a multi-level dietary supplement biz for DM, she says to Darci, "These men, they don't know what they're here for!"
-Mark visits dad, from out of state, but is disallowed from staying on home floor: "Home is now for sale."
-Mark arranges garage sale and removal of personal belongings from storage unit. He hands dad $5 bill, but Murphy barges open door and snatches money from their hands. "All his money is my money!"
-The next night, Mark is only allowed to sleep on the garage floor. A final night, Mark is only allowed in an exterior storage shed. He sleeps on the wooden bottom.
-During garage sale, at DM's bidding, Anthony throws airfare at son, "Donna and I want our life back!" Mark, crying, retreats to property barn. He can't help trying to hang self. DM sees him and laughs, "Good."
-Murphy forces Anthony to sell home for $608,500. She controls and secrets away large portion of sale for self. AFD sends Mark $1,000 which must be used to remove items from storage shed on property.
-Murphy wanted to live closer to her kids, Anthony rents house at Rockrose Dr. for appx. $2,100 a month.
2013: Anthony is more concerned than Murphy, over her brother, a fat degenerate gambler, who kills self.
-Amy DiBello Taylor Kibbey, twice divorced, plans trip for Anthony to Las Vegas. Mark is excluded from helping his dad do things he enjoys. Amy and Donna team to keep the father under their control.
2018, 9-05: Toni DiBello Farnan, a mentally-ill alcoholic [or Murphy, again, often faking she is someone else] comments to Mark he is a bad Christian for hurting his father, and needs to leave DM and AFD alone.
2018, 12-18: Mark's Birthday. Murphy has total control over postal mail and email of Anthony. Father, as in the last, at least 42 years, sends son a card, However, no cash is enclosed. It appears DM removed cash.
-After 3-4 year estrangement, Dad reaches-out to make amends. MAD interviews him for film. AFD gives Mark Social Security and Vet's benefits cards asking to keep DM from "stealing" SS and benefits check.
-Mark, after President Trump win and legalization of sports betting, offers free stock tips on Facebook page he and Anthony created. Stocks rise markedly! Murphy accuses son of endangering *felonious father.
-Murphy sends email to Joseph, Lisa and Amy which she forged or Tony was forced to transcribe falsely accusing Mark of film interview being scam to steal dad's benefits! Joe warns Mark to never contact, again.
-In 2020, for Anthony's 88th Birthday, TV reporter wants to interview excited AFD on children's game show success. Mark warns reporter not to contact Murphy. Predictably, fearing being exposed, DM cancels AFD.
-Anthony accidentally dials Mark. Murphy is overheard with a knife, shouting at Anthony. "Sit the fuck down and shut the fuck up, or else! You're fucking lucky I feed you! You're not getting $200 of my money!"
-Mark calls his father to ask what happened? Anthony first informs Mark, Murphy speaks to him that way often. She's often threatened to kill him; thrown him down, breaking his ribs; and "dangled" knives at him.
-Mark asks dad for 1-year, permission to preserve home movie videotapes. Dad agrees. Murphy interferes. At restaurant, DM calls Anthony who erratically screams "Mark, you're stealing my possessions!"
-For many days, at Murphy's cultish control, father vows son's arrest and sale of gravesite over "theft."
-Murphy cultishly controls and coerces Anthony into police sting to nab Mark on set date and location.
-Anthony asks Mark to help him divorce "The Pig, Whore, Bitch." He's had it with her spending, stealing and secreting away his money; in addition to the lies, abuse, and genuine fears she will cost him his life.
2021, 11-10: Tony and Mark are unaware Murphy files a protection order, full of lies, to keep dad and son apart and AFD from divorcing her. She claims reporting of her abuse is harassment. It's granted in default.
2021, 11-28, Anthony's 89th Birthday, AFD calls Mark for help and East Greenbush Police after Murphy attacks him. When cops arrive, despite the fact she didn't initiate the call, DM lies in report: "she is victim."
2021, 12-18: Mark's Birthday. Murphy has total control over postal mail and email of Anthony. Son, for first time in 45-years, gets no B-day card. It appears DM didn't send. MAD will never get card from dad, again.
-Anthony, twice, meets Chief Elaine Rudzinski about abuse and fearing for his life. Chief's husband, Ed Miano, is friends with Joe DiBello. Joe's asked what to do? Rather than protect AFD, dad told to move.
2022, 2-13: Donna Murphy and daughter Kerry Utstein purchase Schenectady house, in cash, according to Anthony, for $160,000. His name is not on the deed. He is not even given a key and is often locked out.
-Mark signs-up Anthony for free sports accounts. MAD sends $500 multiple times to dad, who hides cash in Bible, but Murphy threatens and takes. She also coerces AFD he'll forget where he hides money from her.
2022, May: Mark again spends life savings taking father to Joe in Tampa, whom the dad missed. Joe was unreachable, perhaps purposefully. At quick lunch, Joe agreed to help AFD escape abuse--later reneging.
2022, 6-12: Cops stop Anthony in "no-parking" zone picking-up Mark at ALB. AFD's groomed by Murphy to say, "I have Alzheimer's." Car is impounded. DM to Mark, "Don't be an asshole." AFD later loses license.
-Anthony begs Mark ride with him for food and fun. AFD borrows Toni DiBello Farnan, the mentally-ill alcoholic's auto. Dad has health episode and Mark must drive. Toni threatens to have son arrested.
-Mark, having spent three life-savings, failing to save father, needs a public defender. Corrupt and incompetent PD Skip, reads on net worth site, MAD's got $8M and doesn't want to properly defend.
-Murphy's granted public defender, her friend Ruth Tompkins. DM and Rensselaer County Family Court judge Elizabeth Walsh, were at Emma Willard School, together, yet no "conflict of interest" mentioned.
-Mark DiBello must deal with three NY courts and countless agencies, all of whom, in the godly and highly intelligent man's experience are deceitful, corrupt, incompetent and idiotic. Anthony calls order, "ridiculous."
2022, 10-6: Mark, with rescue Kitty, uses credits for Atlantic City hotel room and wins WSOP bracelet and $41K. He spends and sends most of it to help save his dad. Murphy confiscates and steals portions of it.
2022, 11-28, Anthony's 90th Birthday, Anthony calls Mark incensed Murphy has stranded him outdoors and threatened him, again, with violence and a weapon. AFD calls police, a police report may have been filed.
2022, 12-18, Mark's Birthday. He receives no Birthday card from his dad.
-Anthony informs Mark of another attempt by Murphy to convince AFD he has Alzheimer's and justify her care. At doctor's, she conceals tape recorder in her purse, but is dismayed to get no such validation.
-Anthony's most frequent meal over 30+ years, since Mark insisted Murphy cook, was by far, bowls of cereal and microwaved hot dogs. In later years, she would leave plate of food before being gone all day.
Anthony urgently phones Mark, again, fearing Donna and her physician-assistant daughter forced him to take an overdosing of pills and poison him. MAD reviews pills and his dad was clearly overmedicated.
-Anthony DiBello always, always loved life! After abuse becomes physical and Tony is nearly broke; he contemplates suicide and calls Mark at least 40 times to "lift my spirits and keep me alive."
2023, November 28, Anthony's 91st Birthday, Mark calls to wish "Happy Birthday." AFD calls back, angry Murphy lied telling him to take a bus to doctor for body mobility check-up, but it was an Alzheimer's exam!
-Anthony facetimes Mark. The dad's nose is bloodied. He tells Mark, Murphy hit him. Murphy panicks. She shouts and threatens Anthony, "Don't show Mark! Turn it off! You're going to get me in trouble!"
-Mark repeatedly contacts Adult Protective Services over Anthony's abuse. APS denies claims. According to AFD, Murphy constantly lied, threatened him, sent him to room, and once "tipped" $20 to investigator.
-Anthony's troubled Murphy's in an affair and often watches her ride off with "evil," sister Anne and other men. DM's also seen with wealthy patrons of Proctor's Theatre. "That's why she volunteered there."
-Anthony, alone, urgently phones Mark. The fire alarm at Murphy house sounds. She and fire department are unavailable. MAD calls belligerent cops, who report clogged alarm has not been properly maintained.
-Murphy is a manipulator. Julie DiBello Harbour requests DM bring cake to party. DM does not. DM falsely accuses Julie of giving finger, angering Anthony. DM posts daily reminder to AFD about incident.
-Anthony accidentally dials Mark. As in a cult, DM shouts to AFD, "Get on your knees! I care for you, not your children. Would you kill your children for me?! Anthony repeatedly shouts, "I would, I would, I would!"
-Anthony accidentally dials Mark three more times. In each case, Murphy is verbally and emotionally abusing Mark's dad, threatening him with food deprival, and threatening him with a knife over money.
-With each man fearful of police, Mark meets his father at a Schenectady hotel. Anthony and his son are in tears. Mark calls his dad a ride. Tony enters the car, crying, "Please, please don't make me go back to her!"
-Anthony and Mark speak on phone. After days of working to be safe and free, son asks father to write court letter refuting protection order. Frustrated and fearful father can't function and hangs-up phone.
-Despite living with Tony at 54 Eastholm Rd, Schenectady, NY, Murphy rents private Post Office Box 9446.
2024, 3-29, Good Friday: Likely, since Mark recorded Murphy often fought with Anthony on Friday nights after a week of "babysitting," vacation, and being gone, the much younger and heavier DM hurt the man.
2024, 3-29, Holy Saturday: Anthony enjoyed horses, horse-racing, sports and football. He enjoyed watching or successfully betting. Murphy hated giving him his money. An ambulance was called.
2024, 3-31, Easter Sunday: Murphy calls Mark, he hangs right up. Lisa DiBello calls, "Don't be a jerk..." Mark hangs-up. Julie DiBello Harbour calls, "I didn't have your number..." Mark's dad dies.
-Mark loses the love of his life. He spends $500, close to his last remaining savings to fly and honor God, his father, and his deceased mother at the funeral and burial of his dad, his best friend, his love and his life.
-For many days, Mark leaves messages with police to do an autopsy or investigate since Anthony was often attacked, injured or predictably neglected and left for dead. No one responded. Neither were done.
-Mark is threatened with arrest if he attends his father's funeral and burial. "The Family," grants him the opportunity for :15 minutes alone with his dead daddy. A cop and dishonorable funeral director monitor him.
-Mark texts Joseph DiBello to meet and try a final time to be brothers, or will the multi-millionaire reimburse Mark for three life savings to save his dad? Joe snaps, "No. I don't want one ounce of your drama!!!"
-Murphy's friend, Public Defender Ruth Tompkins Bridgham, writes memorial remark about poor Donna.
-Anthony confided to Mark, Murphy had PO Box and receives many benefits and insurance policies upon his death. Murphy has publicly-stated Anthony left no life insurance. Mark has never heard about his will.
-As a final stab, shot or strike, Donna Murphy and members of "The Family," present Mark Anthony DiBello three sheets of paper--photocopies of pictures the first-born child of Anthony and Dorothy already had. Evil.
-Helen Burek Krill, Dorothy's sister, with a deep dislike of Anthony, proclaimed he feared death due to sins and was a compulsive gambler. Also, Mark was an "accident" and deserved jail, citing Donna is caring wife.
