Sity is an apartment management project, in particular, this project can delegate authority to management branches of an entire project, area, building, apartment such as: project manager, area manager. , incident manager,... In addition, Sity also has a mobile app specifically for residents. When residents perform any action, project managers or those authorized to manage will receive and process for residents.
In this project, I and my team did not receive the brief from my client, particularly, I had a meeting with client and noted by myself. After that, I summarized and convey this information for my team.
After meeting, the client sent me a different management website that named Zoho, they want our to referent the UX of Zoho, then, applying this to the Sity CMS.
Because of business secrets, I will show a part of the sitemap and userflows.
Because of business secrets, I will show a part of wireframes.
After gathering the client's ideas, receiving the brand logo, and communicating with the client, we began to choose a color palette, typography, icons, and then created a style guide to maintain design consistency.
Due to project confidentiality, I can only show several screens here. I would love to talk more about this project if I get the chance.
In this section, I will analysis the UX of a little part of this project:

This is the first time I learn about real estate knowledge so I encountered certain difficulties:
Firstly, I had a meeting with client. The CEO gave me a brief overview of this project, which helped me understand it clearly so I took notes to remember. However, after a 4-hours meeting, I started feeling tired and could not absorb this new knowledge. Then, client requested to stop this meeting and we would had a meeting at another time.
-> Solution: After this meeting, I spent two weekends reviewing and acquiring real estate knowledge. In addition, I took notes and attempted to apply it to my projects
Secondly, sometimes, I could not understand any elements in every screen, what did this element mean or why they are located in this location, ...
-> Solution: I try to ask the client carefully to understand the function of every element. For instance, with the Dashboard screen, as soon as the user enters the dashboard, a pop-up that shows some recent projects such as Akari City, Waterpoint, ... will appear, I asked in detail about this element, like why we should have this pop-up. Then, I received a reasonable answer for this. Thanks to this, I understood it clearly.
Finally, because this is the first time I participate in a fairly large project, I confused how to manage time and how to convey information to teammate that did not need to daily meeting for too long. Besides, how to assign the tasks properly.
-> Solution: I learned more about Trello, a project management tool. In this tool, I divided tasks into 5 parts: To Do, Doing, In Review, Reject, and Done. After that, I took notes of all client requirements on Trello and tagged the members responsible for each task. Thanks to taking notes on Trello, I not only avoided organizing lengthy daily meetings but also ensured that all team members could understand each other's tasks
Thank to this project, I learn some lessons that are useful for me:
Knowledge about Real Estate.
How to manage by Trello and how to assign tasks properly.
Gain more knowledge about UX: From Zoho.
How to organize a large file, because this project has many part.
How to design a CMS Platform
