If your Child.....
has an IEP or a 504 plan
is in a special education class
gets “building level services” such as speech, OT, PT, “lunch bunch,” or RTI
has ever needed the help of a school psychologist or social worker
has severe allergies or other medical condition, or
has to or has ever had to miss extended class time due to an injury or illness
THEN SEPTO IS HERE FOR YOU!
SEPTO is a districtwide parent-teacher organization established for the specific purpose of creating collaborative partnerships between the William Floyd School District, families of students with disabilities and special needs, and the community through education, resources, advocacy, and support.

Our Family Connect Events bring our SEPTO community together for a time of fun, food, and friends.
Some Family Connect Events include: Game Night, Family Field Trip, Movie Night, SEPTO Stars
Join us for our General SEPTO Meetings where we will get a chance to hear about various resources, tools, and support available to our families.
Some topics include: IEP Process, OPWDD, Transitions, Parent to Parent Support, local camps, regional benefits

SEPTO has the unique opportunity of providing our teachers and students grants towards innovative, unique, and exceptional resources and programs that benefit the entire WFSD community!
In addition to the teacher grants, funds raised go to scholarships given to students during our annual Scholarship Night.
SEPTO is open to anyone in our district and interested parties who believe that all students should have equal access to opportunities and types of support they need to thrive and excel. When our students thrive, our community thrives!
