END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

WFolder – Software for Personal, Non-Commercial Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using the WFolder software (“the Software”), you agree to comply with the terms of this End User License Agreement (“EULA”). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

2. License Grant

This EULA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, educational, or evaluation purposes, without any profit or commercial intent.

You do not acquire ownership of the Software, but rather the right to use it in accordance with the conditions set forth herein.

3. Restrictions on Use

It is strictly prohibited to:

Use the Software for commercial, profit-making, or institutional purposes without the written authorization of the owner. Modifying, decompiling, disassembling, reverse engineering, or altering the Software or its components.

Distributing, sublicensing, selling, renting, or lending copies of the Software, in whole or in part.

Removing or altering credits, logos, or authorship notices.

Using the Software for illegal activities or activities that infringe the rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, its source code, design, name, logo, and documentation are the intellectual property of the author (Jesús Elías Caballero Díaz) and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The use of third-party icons or graphic resources (for example, the Flaticon icon) is subject to their respective licenses and with attribution to the original author:

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

The author is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Software, including data loss, service interruption, or equipment damage.

The user assumes full responsibility for their use of the Software.

6. Termination

This license will remain valid until its termination.

The author may revoke the license at any time if the terms herein are breached.

Upon termination of the license, the user must uninstall and delete all copies of the Software.

7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA is governed by the laws of the author's country of residence.

Any dispute arising from this agreement will be submitted to the competent courts of that country.

Known Issues:

1. When opening the application from the hidden tray, it may close. Don't worry, just restart the application, and the widgets will be there.

2. When quickly showing/hiding widgets in the window (ALT+TAB), this can create a bug, showing created/deleted widgets and preventing them from being hidden again. This is normal; if it bothers you in your workspace, simply restart your PC.

3. The languages ​​use computer-generated translations. If there is an error, I apologize, and please feel free to contact me with suggestions for a better translation.

4. The application does what it's supposed to do and doesn't do what it's not supposed to do.

This software (hereinafter, “the Application”) is the property of Jesús Elías Caballero Díaz.

Its use is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. AUTHORIZATION TO USE

The user acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to install and use the Application on their devices, solely for personal or legitimate commercial purposes.

2. RESTRICTIONS

It is not permitted to copy, modify, decompile, distribute, sell, or sublicense the Application without the prior written consent of the author.

3. PROPERTY RIGHTS

Jesús Elías Caballero Díaz retains all intellectual property rights to the source code, design, logos, documentation, and other elements that comprise the Application.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The user assumes full responsibility for its installation, configuration, and use.

5. WARRANTY

The Application is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-error.

6. UPDATES AND SUPPORT

Jesús Elías Caballero Díaz may offer updates, enhancements, or technical support at its sole discretion, but is not obligated to do so.

7. ACCEPTANCE

Installing or using the Application constitutes full acceptance of the terms of this license.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Application.

This software uses third-party graphic resources under a free license from Flaticon (https://www.flaticon.com/).

• No cloud services are used

Since no data is collected, no data is shared with third parties.

7. Target Audience

This application is intended for the general public and is suitable for all users.

8. Security and Privacy

Because the application operates locally and without data transmission:

• The risk of data exposure is minimal

• No external databases exist

• No remote access to user information

9. Changes to This Policy

The developer may update this Privacy Policy if the application’s behavior changes. Updates will be reflected in the corresponding Microsoft Store listing.
