India is the authorised partner for EESL to deploy smart meters in Bihar region. The application is used to deploy smart meters at the consumers home as has been appointed by authorised authorities for the task, The business process requirement requires us in capturing the location and it is an integral and important part.
The location feature is used for following-
1. To get the exact location of the end user (worker appointed the work) where meter has been deployed for further billing and match the location with existing location available in the records to take corrective action as needed.
2. To track the location of activity performed by field worker appointed by as it is an integral part of their process to calculate appointed persons details based on their location.
3. The app users are aware of the location tracking as that is a core tracking feature for meter deployment.
The application users using the application are trusted personnel appointed by and provided designated IDs to complete their work. They are aware of the location tracking and same has now been added as a warning at the time of login.
We may automatically collect certain information about the mobile devices you use to access the Services, and about your use of the Services, even if you use the Services without registering or logging in.
Usage information-
Details of your use of our Services, including traffic data, location data, logs and other communication data and the resources that you access and use on or through our Services.
Computer and device information-
