School Rules (नियम और शर्तें)

To maintain a disciplined, professional, and productive learning environment, all students enrolled at our center are required to strictly follow the rules mentioned below:

1. Attendance & Punctuality (उपस्थिति और समय का पालन)

Regularity: Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for exams and certification.

Punctuality: Students must arrive at least 5 minutes before their scheduled batch time. Late entry to the theory or practical lab classes may not be permitted.

Leave Application: In case of unavoidable absence, a prior written application or information from parents/guardians is mandatory.

2. Lab Discipline & Decorum (लैब के नियम)

System Handling: Computers and lab equipment must be handled with utmost care. Any damage caused due to negligence or intentional misuse will be recovered from the student.

No Personal Media: Using personal pen drives, CDs, or downloading unauthorized software/games on center computers is strictly prohibited to prevent virus threats.

Footwear & Cleanliness: Students must leave their footwear outside the lab (if applicable) and help maintain absolute cleanliness inside the premises.

3. General Code of Conduct (सामान्य व्यवहार)

Identity Card: Students must carry their ID cards daily while attending the center.

Mobile Phone Policy: Mobile phones must be kept on Silent Mode or switched off during class and lab hours. Using phones for entertainment inside the lab is strictly forbidden.

Silence & Respect: Silence must be maintained in the corridors and labs. Misbehavior with faculty members, staff, or fellow students will lead to immediate disciplinary action or expulsion.

4. Fee Guidelines (फीस संबंधी नियम)

Due Date: Monthly tuition fees must be paid on or before the [Specify Date, e.g., 7th or 10th] of every month.

Non-Refundable: Fees once paid (Admission or Tuition fee) will not be refunded or transferred under any circumstances.

5. Examination & Certification (परीक्षा और प्रमाण पत्र)

Internal Assessments: Students must appear for all weekly/monthly practical tests and assignments conducted by the center.

Certificate Issuance: Certificates and Diplomas will only be awarded upon successful completion of the course, clearing the final exams, and clearing all financial dues.

Note: The management reserves the right to modify rules or terminate the admission of any student found violating the code of conduct.
