Do you provide packing and unpacking services?
No, we do not offer packing and unpacking services.
Is my property insured during the move?
Absolutely! WeTruck2u is licensed, bonded, and insured. Your property is protected throughout the moving process. For high-value or delicate items, let us know in advance so we can take extra care.
How do I schedule or cancel a move?

TERMS and CONDITIONS
Welcome to weTruck2u. By scheduling or using our moving services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before your move.
Our goal is to provide every customer with a smooth, efficient, and professional moving experience. To help us serve you better and keep your move on schedule, we require all customers to prepare their items as outlined below.
To ensure safety and efficiency during your move:
TVs will not be moved unless they are properly boxed.
We highly recommend using the original TV box or a secure, professional-grade moving box designed for flat-screen TVs.
Dressers must be cleared of all personal belongings.
Please remove all clothing, jewelry, and other items before our movers arrive.
All items should be packed in sealed boxes or trash bags.
This helps speed up the loading and unloading process, keeping your move organized and on time.
If these packing conditions are not met, our movers reserve the right to refuse certain items for transport or adjust the moving time and rate accordingly.
While we take great care in handling your belongings, weTruck2u is not responsible for:
Any damage to items that are not properly packed, boxed, or prepared.
Pre-existing damages or fragile items not disclosed prior to the move.
Delays caused by incomplete packing or customer inaction.
Payment is due as agreed in your service estimate or invoice. Please notify us in advance if you need to reschedule your move.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may incur a cancellation fee.
Customers are responsible for:
Ensuring safe access to the property (e.g., parking availability, clear walkways, etc.)
Having all items packed and ready by the scheduled start time
Being present or having a designated representative available during the move
