Payment Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern all bookings made with We Travel 4U. By confirming your booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Travel Agent Planning Fee: A booking fee of $50 per person will be charged for my time as an agent spent on booking your initial travel. Additional time will be billed at $20/hour for planning and setting up excursions, grocery and supply delivery and additional amenities that you deem necessary for your dream trip to happen.
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit up to 30% set by the booking platforms are required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Specific deposit amounts will be communicated at the time of booking.
Final Payment: The remaining balance of your trip cost is due no later than 90 days prior to the departure date. If the booking is made within 45 days of departure, the full payment is required at the time of booking.
Late Payments: Failure to make payments by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid. We Travel 4U reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 8% of the outstanding balance or $50 per person as well as the cost for returned checks and other fees incurred if your payments are not viable.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit or debit cards to place booking. Please note that credit card payments may incur a processing fee up to 4%, as charged by the processing company.
All prices are quoted in the United States Dollar and are subject to change without notice until full payment is received.
Prices are based on costs at the time of publication and are subject to surcharges for increases in airfares, hotel rates, government taxes, exchange rate fluctuations, or other operational costs. We will endeavor to notify you of any surcharges at least 30 days prior to departure.
Cancellation by Client: All cancellations must be submitted in writing to We Travel 4U. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
[e.g., 60 days or more prior to departure: Forfeiture of deposit.]
[e.g., 30-59 days prior to departure: 50% of total trip cost.]
[e.g., Less than 30 days prior to departure: 100% of total trip cost.]
Cancellation by Travel Agency: In the rare event that We Travel 4U must cancel a trip, you will be offered an alternative trip of comparable value or a full refund of all payments outside of the Travel Agent Planning Fees made to us. We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visas, vaccinations, or non-refundable flights.
Refunds: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 60 days of the cancellation request.
Changes by Client: Any changes to a confirmed booking requested by the client are subject to availability and may incur an administration fee of $50 per change plus any additional costs imposed by airlines, hotels, or other suppliers. Changes made within 60 days of departure may be treated as a cancellation and re-booking.
Changes by Travel Agency: While we strive to adhere to the published itinerary, unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes. We Travel 4U reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transport arrangements without compensation. Significant changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. It should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events. We Travel 4U is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.
It is the client's responsibility to ensure that they have valid passports, visas, and comply with all health requirements for the countries they intend to visit. We Travel 4U can provide general advice but is not responsible for any issues arising from non-compliance.
We Travel 4U acts as an agent for various third-party suppliers such as the airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by these suppliers or by any force or major events such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics or other acts uncontrollable by We Travel 4U.
Any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, your booking, or any services provided by We Travel 4U shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by The American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys' fees and costs.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, United States of America, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Wisconsin, United States.
By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
