Why is the daily and weekly budget amount not shown in main page?

Main page provides a high level view of your financial information. To avoid confusion, only monthly budget amount is shown. You can tap on the budget card to see the details.


How to delete a transaction/credit card?

Swipe the view to the left. You may choose to archive or delete the item. It is recommended to archive instead of delete unless you want to permanently remove the data.


Why can't I delete certain transactions?

Auto generated transactions cannot be deleted. This includes cashback and generated recurring transactions.


Can you please add cashback for eWallet?

Unlike credit card, cashback for eWallet tends to be very dynamic depending on campaign with merchants. Users are advised to track eWallet cashback manually as an income.


I just got a salary increment, how can I change my recurring transaction?

Changing recurring transactions will affect all generated transactions. If you have a new recurring transaction, e.g. salary increment, it is recommended to create a new recurring transaction and archive the old one.


My credit card just change its cashback rules, how should I update it?

Updating the cashback rules of credit card will affect the cashback calculation of related transactions. It is advisable to copy the existing card with a new name and archive the old one.


I have forgotten my PIN and I can't login. How to reset the PIN?

PIN are not recoverable, you may still login to the app using fingerprint verification. You may register it at your phone settings if you haven't registered one. Please take note that fingerprint verification is only available in premium version.


What is the difference between backup/restore and cloud sync?

Backup and restore allows data to be backup to a file, which can be restored later. User may copy the file to another mobile device and restore it there. Cloud sync (available in premium version) allows data to be sync-ed to the cloud under the current Google sign-in user. Mobile devices with the same sign-in user can sync the data across the devices.


How does cloud sync actually work?

Cloud sync compares the last update time of local device with cloud data. It will sync both with the one that has the latest update. It is advisable to backup your data before a cloud sync to avoid data being mistakenly overwritten with the cloud data that you may not want to keep.


Why is the cashback calculation different from the actual cashback?

Assuming that all data entries are correct, this discrepancy could be due to the gap between the actual transaction date and posting date when the cashback calculation was performed by the bank.


What does * mean in some transactions?

In expense transactions, * means the transaction is performed with a supplementary credit card. In cashback details, * indicates cashback for card with quarterly cashback duration has not been finalized for that month.


Why are some transactions for current month not appearing in cashback transaction details?

Cashback transaction cycle follows the credit card cashback start date instead of calendar month. If the cashback start date is not on the 1st day of the month, the cashback transaction may not show up if the current date does not fall within the current cycle of the cashback.
