Contributor Agreement

By checking the box on my submission, I confirm that:

1. I am the original creator of the work submitted and hold the rights to share and publish it.

2. I understand that submission does not guarantee selection for publication.

3. If selected, I grant Inkwell & Chalkboard LLC and Paradise Restored Publishing a non-exclusive license to publish my work in print, digital, and other formats as part of the anthology.

4. I retain full ownership of my submitted work and may publish it elsewhere after the anthology’s release, with credit to Inkwell & Chalkboard LLC and Paradise Restored Publishing.

5. If published, my work may be edited for clarity or formatting, with respect for the original voice and intent.

6. I understand that if my piece is selected, I will be asked to review and sign a formal contributor agreement before publication.

7. I affirm that my submission contains no material generated by artificial intelligence (AI). The work is entirely my own original writing, with no AI assistance in its development, drafting, or refinement.
