Later in the day, Ji-yeon receives a phone call from the man who abducted her daughter. The man makes it clear that he is not interested in her money. Queen for seven days is a sageuk (Korean historical drama) drama based on the very real Queen Dangyeong, queen of the 11th monarch of the Joseon Dynasty. The show follows her journey from when she was a teenager up the point where she becomes queen for seven days and stripped of her title.
