Dear all,
A 2026 New Year journey begins. I hope you sang through the solstice and walked under the full moon this weekend. Thanks to each of you who join together for the love of practice, there is much to be gratefully celebrated this year. Riding out these wintry evenings with some extra classes and sitting seemed like the thing to do until spring. I hope it interests you too. The following work is being conducted out of West Wind Studio; 2950 W. Chicago Ave. this season:
Forrest Yoga practices, most days of the week. All classes accessible online.
Tuesday/Thursday 930am-1100am [earlier time]
Monday/Wednesday 7am start
Saturday/Sunday 800-930am
Tuesday 5-630pm
Class added at Yoga Now, Tuesday 730-845pm [742 N. LaSalle]
Silent Meditation in studio after weekend morning asana practice: one hour [divided in half], Stillness and Silence.
Remain after asana to further digest and assimilate the effects of your physical practice or stay and pray for peace and the greater Good for all beings. Seated meditation, cushion provided. Exit at 1025am or 11am. Free to attend.
50 hour Advanced Training. One week study intensive of Touch/Voice/Movement through anatomy, embodiment, voicing, and adjustments. Description forthcoming.
