Trash Collection is every Monday 

If a holiday falls on a Monday, then Trash will be picked up on that Wednesday 

Trash containers may be placed curbside the day before collection and must be put away no later than midnight 

the day trash is picked up  

Bulk Pick up: Owners must arrange for pick up 

Boxes should be broken down and placed in recycle bins 

No loose trash or black bags should be left on the curb 

Board meetings: Owners are encourgaed to attend these meetings in order to voice your questions, concerns, and suggestions 

Parking:   Overflow parking is available on Westview Drive on the playground side, North Lake Loop, and Christin Way 

Townhome/Quad Home Parking:  Each Lot is assigned 2 parking slots for use by residents/owners identified 

by the number of the lot 

No parking on the sidewalk, grass, the easement, or communal area
