Turnaround - Christmas gifts are being collected for the guests. The most needed practical gifts are spray deodorant, notebooks, socks, individual packs of tissues, gloves, puzzle books, pens, shower gel, chocolate oranges, cuppa soups, wrapping paper and Sellotape. Also appreciated are backpacks, £5 Greggs gift cards, Christmas crackers, serviettes & paper tablecloths, men’s trainers sizes 8 & 9, waterproof coats M & L, reusable coffee cups and flasks. The Hub - Monday mornings, 10.00a.m.– 12 noon. The Welcome Hub has just embarked on its 3rd year. We are fortunate to receive generous donations which, from time to time, we can pass on to good causes. As such, with one of our regular attendees having family connections with Jamaica, £100 will be donated via All We Can, a Methodist Charity, to help aid recovery from the devastation caused by Hurricane Melissa.

Follow the Star - Christians Together plan to deliver a card to every household, detailing the churches Christmas services. Julie will be asking for volunteers to cover some of the roads.
Christmas Events.
Holly and Mistletoe. Saturday 6th December, 9.30 - 12noon at West Backwell Bowling Club. Get your holly and mistletoe early! Come inside for mince pies, coffee or mulled wine and browse round the stalls. There will be a grand draw. Please support this popular annual event
Carols round the Crib - this popular ecumenical family event on Thursday 11th December at 6.30pm in the Parish Hall.
