Process

During the initial visit, we meet with you and go over the painting process for your home. We will also answer any questions or address any concerns you may have about your project. Finally, we will write you a proposal. All of our estimates are thorough and never "ballparked." Each of your concerns and all of your expectations will be carefully noted and ultimately calculated into our final bid.  

During the initial visit we will discuss your scheduling needs to make sure we can accommodate your time frame. When a signed proposal is received, the job is put onto our schedule. We tell you the approximate start date and then keep you updated.  

The first step in the process is choosing colors and performing test patches on your home to make sure you love your selected colors. Once we have the final colors, all painting work is done in proper sequence and in accordance with paint manufacturer's specifications. Surface preparation i.e. washing, scraping, sanding, nailing siding, etc., is done first. Second, we prime needed areas. Finally, the finished topcoat is applied. 

We will let you know a day before we expect to complete your home. This gives you an opportunity to inspect the work to ensure the quality that we promised. You don't have to worry about inspecting every square inch of your home for fear that once we leave you will never see us again. We will gladly come back the next day, next week, next month, or next year to take care of any problems. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the job we have done.
