The Salt Aire Cottage is a 1,000 sq foot three bedroom and two bathroom home that can accommodate up to 7 guests. It's located in Grayland Washington's coveted "Salt Aire Community" which is 90 properties between two beautiful state parks (Grayland and Twin Harbor State Parks). Our privately maintained short HOA beach path is directly across the street (~5 walk). We provide sand toys and clamming gear you can take with you down the path to a little traveled lovely stretch of beach as shown in our pictures.
Interior:
The house has a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, dishware, spices, drip coffee pot, etc. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bath, the other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house and share a bathroom. The blue bedroom has two twin beds and lots of children's books and toys in the closet and the green bedroom has a queen bed and extra linens in the closet. Two air mattresses are available (one child size and one adult size) are available for use. We have a pack n' play with fitted mattress in the blue room as well for guests to use.
Backyard:
We have a large fenced backyard complete with firepit, picnic table, kids sandbox, kids playhouse (hidden in the trees). Clamming and crabbing supplies are stored under the back deck for guest use and other toys/beach chairs can be found in a brown deck box on the patio.
