One Customer, One Price
We will never make you and another customer fight over, or make bids for an item you both want.Β
No "I got a higher offer". First come, first serve.
All Customers Equal
We will not refuse sales to non-commercial customers without valid reason.
Disclaimer: Commercial customers may be treated differently and will have to negotiate an agreement with the West Kyushu Exchange in order to perform transactions here.

Orders are Sales
When you place an order with us, it's considered sold and the items will be held for you until you either pick up your order or cancel it.Β
It won't be sold to anyone else without your permission.
No Item Flipping
All of our items are stocked in-house and we do not buy out competitors or "flip" items from other people and businesses.
Disclaimer: The West Kyushu Exchange reserves the right to enter into arrangements with other businesses to trade stock on agreed upon terms at fair market value.
Better Deal Guarantee
Found an item that we offer for a better price somewhere else? Simply show us and we'll either price match it, or encourage you to take up that deal.
Three-Day Refunds
Not happy with your purchase? Simply want your money back? We'll issue a no questions asked refund for your items in any condition.
You will have to return any refunded items. If it's a kit vehicle that you crafted, return the crafted vehicle.
Disclaimer: Certain services and items may have different or no refund policies. They will always be disclosed if they differ from the default policy and easily visible.
Free Shipping
As a courtesy, we include a $1,200 rebate on every kit transaction to cover your round trip to and from any agreed upon airport, as well as moving your vehicle to another desired location.Β
Non-full kit transactions receive a $200 rebate instead.
WKE Market Pricing
All prices are in WP, and indicate both buy and sale price,
meaning I will both buy from you or sell to you the listed item
at that price.
Exchanges are done 1 to 1 for parts of the same vehicle.

WKE Service Pricing
βBilled continuouslyβ: Charged by total time.
3 hours and 15 minutes of a 100,000 WP per hour service would be 325,000 WP.
βBilled hourly/per minuteβ: Charged by units of time.
3 hours and 15 minutes of a 100,000 WP per hour service would be 400,000 WP.
βBilled per unitβ: Charged by unit.
30 units at 12,500 WP each would be 375,000 WP. This is not
time-dependent.
βPre-paidβ: You pay for the service up-front.
βPost-paidβ: You pay for the service once it is complete.
WKE New Player Program
Any new players (players with less than 25 hours/1500 minutes of playtime on Aeronautica) get an automatic 25% discount on their purchase.
To get this discount, you will have to verify your playtime by sending a screenshot like listed below, which can be accessed by clicking "Profile" in the menu.
