What comes with a rental tent?

Your vacation chalet includes a spacious 10' x 12' cabin tent, a metal bed frame and mattress pad with blankets (please bring your own sheets and pillows), a fan for your comfort, and ultimate power! Well, you'll have access to electricity at least - 3 outlets will be provided.  Let us know if you need more outlets.

How do I get to site from the airport?

Do your best to coordinate with other travelers - note your flight arrival and departure times in the registration form to assist in sharing transportation. Rental vehicles are available at the airport.

There will be some scheduled airport runs as well.

How can I get my stuff to Pennsic?

We will be coordinating a vehicle to transport gear. A unit is 12 cubic feet, and each unit will be $200.  Units will be first come/first served. Indicate how many units you need on the registration form, and use this link to pay.

What is the theme for the West Kingdom Party?

We are looking at a Taco Tuesday theme. 

Is there a food plan this year?

There is no intention for a food plan this year, though our kitchen facilities are available for your use. We are considering a breakfast offering in camp - if you are interested in helping coordinate this, please contact sandymisa@gmail.com. The Cooper Store is nearby, which offers groceries and camp supplies, and there are also food merchants in the Cooper Barn.
