Robux purchases are strictly non-refundable, as outlined in Roblox's Terms of Service. Once a transaction is completed, refunds are not provided under normal circumstances. This policy ensures compliance with Roblox's guidelines and helps maintain the integrity of the platform.

At some airports, one-time upgrades may be available for purchase with Robux. Prices may vary and can change depending on the flight. Please note that if you leave the flight, you will not receive a refund or credit.
A credit is only applicable if you purchased the upgrade and there is no seat available in that section, or if the flight gets canceled. If you need a credit for the upgrade, please contact WestJet support in our Discord server.
