Photography
Photography
Parents who capture video or images at matches must not share these on social media. They should make every effort to ensure that only their child is identifiable.
Matches, specifically Senior Squad matches, may well be filmed using the VEO technology. This footage will never be shared on social media. It can be requested by players in order to support GCSE and A Level PE evidence. It may also be used to inform coaches and for giving player specific feedback. If you would rather not be videoed when playing, please speak to your captain prior to playing your first game. This is especially important when playing away from home as we need to inform the opposition!
If West Herts Hockey Club take photographs to use on social media for any reason, we will gain specific permission from the young person and their family at the time of the photographs being taken.
