The Westford Education Association (WEA) recognizes the prime purpose is to provide support and consultation for all its members. Bargaining Units supporting by the WEA include Unit A (Teachers), Unit B (Curriculum Coordinators), Unit C (Nurses), Unit E (Student Support/Teaching Assistants), and Unit G (Reading and Mathematics Interventionists). This will be accomplished through free exchange of information to all of its members. Officers shall meet with the Superintendent on a monthly basis in order to voice the members' issues. Officers shall also have monthly meetings with building representatives to discuss issues to be brought to the consultation meetings.
