Jacob Austrino is in his 3rd year as Director of Bands at Westerville South High School where he leads the Concert Band, Symphonic Band, Jazz Band, and Marching Band. Mr. Austrino also assists with band classes at Blendon Middle School and Heritage Middle School. 

Mr. Austrino earned his Bachelor of Music Education from Ohio University (2020) where he was a member of a variety of ensembles including the Ohio University Marching 110. 

Prior to teaching in Westerville,  Mr. Austrino taught at Ada High School (2020-2022) and student-taught at Worthington Kilbourne High School.

Mr. Austrino is a proud alumnus of Westerville South High School (Class of 2016).

He lives in Westerville with his wife, Francesca, and their two dogs, Giada and Gemma.
