ABOUT US

The Western Equestrian Club at SRU is a club sport organization that focuses on western horsemanship development and competition through the Intercollegiate Horse Show Association (IHSA). We have opportunities in the club for both people who are looking to participate in horse shows and also those who are just looking to enjoy learning more about the club and horses. We host many different socials and service opportunities, as well as our weekly meetings. The club has a range of members with different levels of horse experience along with some being showing or non-showing members. We are open to anyone looking to learn more about horses and to be a part of this amazing club.
