The Western Reserve Knitting Guild (WRKG) is committed to dedicating their craft to those in need. Our most recent endeavor was displayed at the Fellowship Riverside Gardens' Festival of Trees in December 2024. The tree was decorated with over 60 children's hats that were knitted with care, that were then donated to the Rescue Mission of the Mahoning Valley.
The WRKG has a decade long tradition of creating and donating to "Lids for Kids". The hats are donated by guild members and non-members with the specification that they must be machine washable.
