Our mission is simple: to promote the sport of swimming and ensure excellence in officiating for athletes, coaches, and schools across Western Massachusetts. As the only officials’ association dedicated to this region, we proudly serve the Pioneer Valley Athletic Conference, Berkshire County schools, Western Massachusetts prep schools, and many colleges throughout Central and Western Massachusetts. We also support schools in Worcester County, extending our commitment to fair and professional competition.

Affiliated with both the Massachusetts Interscholastic Athletic Association (MIAA) and the National Federation of High School Sports (NFHS), we uphold the highest standards in high school swimming and diving. Many of our members are also certified at the collegiate level, trained in NCAA rules and guidelines, bringing a depth of knowledge and professionalism to every event.
